Our home and personal concierge service is designed to ensure your home is safe, secure and well maintained while you are away. It’s our way of giving you more time and true peace of mind. We offer home checks, pre-arrival home prep and refresh, pre/post sale home prep, each service is delivered with intention and care.

Home Concierge, Home Refresh and Home Prep Services:

Essential Concierge: Routine home checks and property monitoring while you’re away. Weekly, Bi-weekly and monthly visits available

  • Full home walkthrough & visual inspection
  • Run all faucets, flush toilets, check for leaks, HVAC & thermostat checks, trash
  • Minor touchups/light maintenance as needed
  • Exterior check (entryway, packages, obvious issues)
  • Leave home refreshed after each visit with detailed home updates

Pre-Arrival Home Refresh: Signature reset with precision and care

  • Full home reset before arrival
  • Countertop & main living surfaces refreshed with clean products
  • Bedding check, straightened, refreshed
  • Toilets flush/faucets ran and checked
  • General walkthrough of interior and exterior + reset
  • Optional restock of all essentials, Fresh flowers, grocery pickup and put away

Real Estate Home Prep: Specialized for homes being listed or newly sold

  • Pre-Sale or Post-Sale: Minor styling touches, small non-invasive touchups (tighten loose handles, fixtures, light bulbs, ect). Offer thoughtful suggestions of ways to enhance the homes appeal or make it feel and show its best. *We are not a staging company.
